M. Sutherland has over 25 years of experience in teaching, urban outreach, and cross-cultural outreach within 12 countries. She lived in West Africa for about nine years. Her focus is discipleship, leadership, community & economic development and empowerment. She enjoys beaches, mountains and a good cup of coffee.

Mrs. Dorothy Sherrill has years of experience in nonprofit administration, leadership and missions. She directed Christian organizations caring for the marginalized, women and children. She led mission teams to the Caribbean and West Africa. She also served communities in crisis with the Billy Graham Association. Dorothy enjoys reading, gardening, walking & teatime with her husband Walter.

Pastor Rick and his wife Claudette have served at Fort Lee Gospel Church since 1991. A "United Nations" of cultures it is a joy to serve. Rick has served as a chaplain to (police, fire, and VFW) for many years. He has served as chaplain with Marketplace Chaplaincy to various businesses. Rick and Claudette have two adult children and a daughter-in-law. Rick enjoys reading and learning about various cultures.
